At Aheliya, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery. Due to the delicate nature and hygiene considerations of our pieces, we do not accept returns.
However, if your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with clear photographic evidence, and we will gladly offer a repair or replacement at our discretion.

To be eligible for a return, you must provide clear photos or videos of the defective or incorrect item(s). This helps us understand the issue and process your return more efficiently.
Exchanges:
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges for products unless the item is defective or incorrect. If you wish to exchange an item for any other reason, you will need to follow the return process and place a new order separately.

Once your return is approved, refunds will only be processed as store credits
